How long will it take for the job to be completed?
This will vary depending on the job itself. The simplest of jobs can be done in minutes, but there are cases where it could take a few hours (or days for our biggest jobs!) We'll aim to complete as quickly as possible though, with the least disturbance possible.
Will you charge me for a visit just to provide a quote?
No - our quotes and advice are absolutely free - we only charge when work has commenced.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our domestic customers can pay by cash or card, and our commercial customers also have the option to be invoiced (subject to agreement).

Do I have to be at home when you come out?
Yes - our engineer will want to discuss the job with you and a signature is needed before any work commences. When the job is completed our engineer will again discuss what he/she has done, and require a signature.
